It is the policy of Metalware Inc. to protect the privacy of personal information. This policy may be amended at any time without notice.

Personal Information does not include information that is anonymized or information that is in aggregate form, and does not include business contact information for an employee of another organization, where such information is only used to communicate with that person on behalf of that organization.

However, if consent is withheld or withdrawn, we may not be able to fulfill the purpose(s) for which the information was collected, or fulfill any obligations we may owe to you.

We may share personal information with our affiliated companies and suppliers for the purpose identified in this policy or if authorized or required by law. Personal Information may be accessed by or transferred to the United States. We ensure appropriate protection and security of personal information regardless of where it is processed or stored.

Electronic Marketing
Electronic marketing messages (email, social media or text) to promote a product or service (“Promotional Communications”) will only be sent to you if we have implied or express consent. You can unsubscribe to our Promotional Communications at any time following the procedure outlined below, however, you may still receive electronic messages from us if you have an ongoing business relationship or if exempt under applicable law.

We may infer implied consent if you:

  • Have an existing business relationship with us or have a former business relationship with us which terminated less than two years ago
  • Sent an inquiry to us within the last 6 months
  • You disclosed your electronic address to a Metalware Inc employee (for example you provided your business card to a Metalware Inc employee)
  • You conspicuously published your electronic address (for example, via a corporate website or in a brochure) and the electronic communication is sent in connection with your business role and function.
